Our business model at Marsan Real Estate Group may be simple, but it’s very popular among national home builders. Based on project specifications, we find the right land for the home builders and follow up with the seller to make sure the transaction is carried out in accordance with standards. If the national home builder already has specific land in mind, we work from their plans to acquire the land and guide the project through its subsequent phases.
